Google Instant Search: Now That’s User Experience

Posted by | September 08, 2010

The Mashable article…

The notes here are from the NY Daily News:

  • Google officials said that Google Instant will save 2-5 seconds per search.
  • And since Google answers 1 billion search queries a day, the company says it will cumulatively save people more than 3.5 billion seconds a day, or 11 hours a second.

I’ve tried it. It’s pretty cool.

That’s a lot of time saved — now we can go to Starbucks sooner.
